You have 14 calendar days to exchange or return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused and in the same condition it was received. Product(s) must be in their original packaging.

 

You must submit a return or exchange request email stating the reason for the return/ exchange to stylecomfortkids@gmail.com. We will send you a PDF of the shipping label to be printed and affix to your package.

Once your returned item is received, we will send you a confirmation email stating we have received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed.

If you request a refund, it might take a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement since all payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm payment.
